Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AI Baby at babykin.io (the “Service”) collects, why, who receives it and how long it is kept. The Service is operated by MAKA PELKA LTD, 36 Nachmani, 6579505 Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel (“we”, “us”), the controller of this data. Contact: [email protected].

1. What we collect and why

  • Your e-mail address — to find the subscription you bought, send you sign-in codes and keep you signed in. Sign-in codes are valid for 10 minutes and are stored only in a form that cannot be read back.
  • Your subscription status — we ask our checkout provider whether your subscription is active before you sign in and before each creation, and remember its answer for a short time.
  • The photos you upload — only to make the creation you asked for. We do not use them to identify you, to build face profiles or to train AI models.
  • Your creations — the style you chose, the result and its status, so you can see them under Recent.
  • Usage information — which pages and styles are opened and which creations are started and finished, linked to a random visitor ID, so we can see what works and improve the Service. We do not show ads and use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
  • Technical data — your IP address, browser and request times, to keep the Service secure (for example, to limit repeated sign-in attempts) and to fix errors.

We process this data to provide the Service you signed up for (our contract with you) and, for usage and technical data, in our legitimate interest in running a secure Service and improving it.

2. Cookies

  • Session cookie — keeps you signed in, for up to 30 days or until you sign out.
  • Visitor cookie — a random ID for the usage information above, kept for a year. It holds nothing else about you.

3. Who receives your data

We share data only with the providers that run the Service for us, and only what each one needs:

  • AI processing providers (fal.ai, OpenAI, Google) receive your uploaded photos through our processing service to generate your creation. They process them under their own terms and may keep the files for a limited time.
  • FunnelFox, our checkout and subscription provider, which also receives your payment through its payment processors.
  • Namecheap (Private Email), which delivers our e-mails with sign-in codes.
  • Cloudflare and Vultr, which carry and host the Service.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data when the law or a court order requires it. Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States; where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

4. How long we keep it

  • Creations, and the links to the photos used for them: 30 days. Recent shows the newest 100.
  • Sessions: up to 30 days, or until you sign out or delete your data.
  • Subscription answers: a few minutes, the last known one up to a day.
  • Usage and technical data: only as long as needed for the purposes above.

5. Deleting your data

You can delete creations yourself (Recent → Select → Delete, or on a creation’s page), and everything we keep for your account at once under Account → Delete my data: every creation, your Recent list, the stored subscription answers and every session, on all your devices. You do not need an active subscription to do this. Your purchase record stays with our checkout provider; write to [email protected] if you want it removed as well.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent you gave. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

7. Security

The Service runs over encrypted connections, sign-in codes and sessions are protected, and access to data is limited to the people and providers who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix problems quickly.

8. Children

The Service is not meant for anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may upload pictures of their child to create with them, as set out in the Terms of Use.
